ALBANY EMPIRE FANS GIVEN OPPORTUNITY TO WIN $10,000 AT HOME GAMES

‘Boot for the Loot’ Gives Fans Chance to Win Large Cash Prize All Season Long

ALBANY, NY - The Albany Empire has partnered with Rivers Casino & Resort and Valentine High Peak Insurance Agency to implement “Boot for the Loot,” a kick-to-win contest for fans to participate in at every home game throughout the 2019 season.  The contest will give one lucky fan per game the opportunity to kick a field goal for a chance to win a large cash prize.

At each Empire home game during a stoppage in play in the third quarter, one fan will be selected to attempt a 48-yard field goal for the chance to win $10,000.  Fans will be able to register for the contest on gamedays in the concourse of the Times Union Center at the Albany Empire table once doors are open.  Registration for the contest will be open for fans eighteen and older and present at any Empire home game throughout the regular season.

“Empire games are not only about the hard-hitting, fast-paced action of Arena Football, but also our fan experience,” said George Manias, COO of the Albany Empire.  “We thrive on giving our fans the best entertainment possible when they spend their hard-earned money to attend our games and this promotion is sure to be a fan favorite.  I would like to personally thank the Rivers Casino & Resort and Valentine High Peak Insurance Agency for partnering with us to offer the greatest fans in the League this promotion.”

“We are thrilled to be partnering with the Albany Empire for this upcoming season’s ‘Boot for the Loot’ $10,000 kick-to-win promotion,” said Rivers Casino & Resort Director of Marketing, Rob Christopher. “The Albany Empire and Rivers Casino are always looking for ways to bring more excitement to our guests, and this promotion is a perfect fit.  We appreciate the opportunity to help enhance the fan experience at Albany Empire home games and look forward to another fantastic season of arena football.”
